Here are images of the entry  designed for the San Francisco Decorator Showcase. The residence is architecturally significant to San Francisco, and Willem Rache' Studio wanted to preserve and conserve the architectural details, and create a look sympathetic to the original period.
Willem glazed the entry walls in several rich tones of caramel and red. Six coats of a clear high gloss lacquer were applied, using leed certified enviromentally friendly products. Then the walls were buffed.
Leigh Edwards collaborated on selecting the art and furniture and the lighting. The Corbin Bronze is from
Sloan Miyasato Showroom, The painting is by bay area artist, Charlie Brown and the pendant chandelier is by Johnathan Browning.

The staircase window is done using a traditional french technique. Verre églomisé, from the French term meaning glass gilded, is a process in which the back side of glass is gilded with gold or metal leaf. The gilding may also be combined with reverse painting on glass. Willem overpainted the gilding with a subtle tone on tone motif of thistles and flowers drifting on the wind.
